The Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA) has released an Advance Notice for the ASCA Pitch Day 2026 – Decoy, Deception, Camouflage and Concealment (DDCC).

ASCA Pitch Days provide industry and academia the opportunity to present their ideas to Defence and ensure Defence remains aware of new capabilities and innovations.

ASCA Pitch Day 2026 – DDCC will focus on new capabilities and innovations that enable agile signature management through decoy, deception, camouflage and/or concealment.

This is the second of 2 Pitch Days to be held in 2026. This Pitch Day will be held in Perth in October 2026, coinciding with the Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition 2026. The event details will be published once available.

Approach to market

This Pitch Day will be in the form of a Request for Information (RFI). Information regarding the Advance Notice is available on AusTender.

Further information about this upcoming RFI, including the Challenge Statement, assessment criteria and Pitch Day event, will be made available from May 2026.
