The Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA) is delivering the second Classified Defence Industry Briefing in 2026, to be held on Thursday 5 November in Sydney, NSW.
The session will provide attendees with valuable insights into ASCA’s capacity to deliver asymmetric capabilities, while outlining its strategic focus and future direction. It offers industry a unique opportunity to better understand emerging priorities and be better positioned to work with ASCA on future initiatives.
The exclusive SECRET level briefing will provide a comprehensive overview across 3 critical areas, including:
- The current geo strategic threat environment and national Defence priorities
- ASCA’s operating model, strategic direction, and project delivery approach
- Key updates on Defence strategies and capability investment programs.
Expressions of interest to attend
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being sought to attend this event. Interested attendees must:
- hold a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance
- hold an Australian citizenship. Dual-citizens will only be considered where their second citizenship is from one of the Five Eyes countries – Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
Due to venue capacity limits, an EOI is restricted to 1 per company. Priority will be given to those who did not attend the ASCA Classified Defence Industry Briefing in July 2026.
Nominations have now closed and evaluations are underway. All nominees will be advised of the nomination outcome in due course.
