The first AUKUS Pillar II Innovation Challenge focussed on electronic warfare (EW) to leverage electromagnetic spectrum technologies and capabilities that provide a competitive advantage to electromagnetic targeting, and those that protect Defence from adversary electromagnetic targeting capabilities.
Facilitated through the Australian Strategic Capability Accelerator, alongside the Defence and Security Accelerator (UK) and the Defence Innovation Unit (US), delivered the first of these challenges. Winners were chosen by each AUKUS country.
Australia has selected 3 national winners:
- Advanced Design Technology Pty Ltd, Australian Capital Territory
- Inovor Technologies Pty Ltd, South Australia
